| Once I crested the center saddle of Twin Peaks, I look to my right and then to my left. The decision was to try for the one with greater steepness or greater distance. The highest peak on my left (as shown here) was more demanding as there was some further route finding and scrambling to do. The peak on my left was just a greater distance for about a half a mile. This one would be saved for later as I was very tired. | ||
