| Some cross country work shortly led to a decision that Phil and I would turn back. Phil felt prepared to back track while WLD and I agreed one of us should accompany him. I volunteered since I've been on Tahquitz before and I wanted WLD and tarabull to get there. I also had waypoints on the GPS set for the entire route. It was obvious how to get out even while we were some distance off-trail. | ||
