See what I mean? I told you the trail would disappear. Snow Nymph is here in good balance ascending this icy slope upward.  A few more steps and we're just beyond the more treacherous part of this trip. 

Up here the gusts of wind and chill in the air prompt us to keep moving once we're at relatively level ground.
