| This is a weekend that was set aside to explore the Western Sierra within the Mineral King area of Sequioa National Park. We endeavored to try for Upper Monarch Lake and maybe even Sawtooth Peak well up above it. The Mineral King valley here hosts many fantastic wilderness destinations. | ||||
