Sunlight through the trees accentuates the trail dust left in our wake.

Fourth Day: Once our patrol spots a trail leading to the lake, we blaze through leaving only footprints and dust. 

Throughout the course, our patrol's speed range was from 1 mph on steep terrain to 4 mph+ down hill. We had a lot to do without much time to spare.
