The first night out 

First Day: We arrive at camp. After we run for water, and set up the garage, kitchen, and sleeping areas, we're ready for dinner. All drinking water is treated with iodine. Cooking water is boiled. 

The first night we were pretty scattered, but we camped on granite to minimize our impact.
