Peak after peak. It would take quite some time to learn all these highpoints of the Sierra.

Fourth Day: Oh, but once we reached the top it was sheer elation. 

Every ounce of risk taken was worth the deep satisfaction gained from this view. As far as the eye could see, we were treated to the splendor of God's handiwork. We could see the Minarets all the way to Table Mountain in Sequoia. Mount Goddard and Evolution Valley were right in front of us.
