A hard day's work to get over the pass to Lower Indian Lake

Third Day: We find the pass, but it is as steep as expected. A few of our patrol mates had a hard time getting up the slope in certain sections.

When we got to the top, everyone was pretty well exhausted, but I just kept on taking photos. After all, I had several rolls of film to get through. :-)

See that lake at the upper left corner of the photo? Our instructor ran to that lake and back when he found that one of our patrol mates was out of water. He was back in no time. We were all very impressed.
