The fun begins. With a command, "GO!", each of us pick ourselves up one at a time and slide downward at a pretty good rate. Some of us would pick up more speed even after the instructors would call out "Arrest!" This was done to see if we could catch ourselves on a dime with a higher rate of fall. Our instructors wanted to see an immediate stop right at the point of the fall. |
