In single file, our patrol was led to the trailhead not really knowing what was ahead.
Hanging back pretty much through the course, I was given a birds-eye view of what the group was doing and where we were going. I was able to easily take photos and catch up, pull up along side someone to chat, and just take it all in. Sometimes when the group would face an obstacle, or navigation problem, I would shoot forward to see what all the action was about. |
