| So with a few alternative routes to choose from, I head upward from highway 2 along a ridgeline looking out at the Southern California high-country. At first I head in the wrong direction up toward Mt Williamson which I had already summited. As things didn't look right, I checked my map and turned back for about another mile of hiking that day. I learnered there was more than one trail approach to Mt Williamson. | ||||
