EVAPORATION

Up at alpine settings above 10,000 feet, some tree life struggles to grow and thrive. In their passing, bark and leaves are stripped of their host and the tree's skeletal remains serves as a home for many critters.
FALLEN MONARCH Sequoia's have an incredible resistance to fire and disease, but even with time they are susceptible to death by topling over due to their own weight. Sequoia's have a relatively shallow root system.
